Located in Module F, Floor -1 of Son Espases University Hospital, with 14.70 m² of surface.

The platform features a wide range of microscopes for acquisitions in both upright and inverted configurations, including confocal systems:

Axioscope direct epifluorescence microscope (ZEISS)
CellObserver inverted fluorescence microscope (ZEISS)
- Equipped with APOTOME system to eliminate autofluorescence and capture images in the same focal plane along the Zaxis
ZEISS LSM 710 Confocal Microscope
- Multiple filters for optimised confocal imaging
Two inverted fluorescence and brightfield microscopes (ZEISS)
- Located in the Flow Cytometry & Cell Culture Platform
Discovery V12 fluorescence stereomicroscope (ZEISS)
- Located in the Animal Experimentation Platform
SkyScan 1276 MicroCT System (Bruker)
- also located in the Animal Experimentation Platform
