Services and Rates | Health Information Research Platform (PRISIB)
Services and Rates
Services available from PRISIB include:
- Data extraction from electronic health records for research projects. The project requesting data must follow a properly developed protocol approved by the relevant research committee and evaluated by the CEIm.
This service includes creating the project's data model, identifying data sources, variable mapping, developing extraction algorithms, scheduling periodic extractions, anonymized georeferencing, data quality analysis, descriptive statistics, and anonymization.
- Feasibility or exploratory study consultations. Free consultation service providing approximate, aggregated data without quality control, aimed at assessing whether a more ambitious study can be developed. These studies estimate sample size or check how specific information is recorded in databases.
- Data visualization linked to research projects. Visualizations may include vector maps, statistical charts, or interactive web-based reports.
- Implementation of data collection systems for research, case randomization, and pseudonymization.
- Data custody for research projects, stored in the platform's data repository at the Health Service's data processing center.
- Advisory services for drafting requests, protocols, research projects, interoperability plans, data management plans, and other documentation related to health data use in research.
