Continuous Training

Continuous training aims to reinforce and permanently update the competencies of IdISBa staff, including knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Its planning is carried out through the Training Committee, which annually develops a training program based on the updating and development needs identified among the organisation's professionals. These needs are gathered from the training needs assessment questionnaire and from the evaluation of training activities from previous years.

This training programme is structured into different modalities, such as seminars, courses, and workshops
