The Human Resources Unit of the IdISBa plays a key role in the promotion and development of the institute's human capital. Its mission focuses on offering comprehensive support to all research, technical and management staff, guaranteeing efficient, transparent and equitable management of work processes. Functions and Processes of the Unit
- Define and apply the entity's labor policy.
- Respond to staff requests and inquiries.
- Process and manage HR procedures (permits, licenses, vacations, multiple employment, etc.).
- Manage all types of HR contracts, including new hires and renewals.
- Handle incidents, inquiries, or labor procedures.
- Control and archive HR-related documentation.
- Conduct staff selection calls.
- Process hiring requests with third-party organizations.
- Manage sponsorship operations (donations).
- Coordinate business activities with various centers and organizations where the foundation conducts research.
- Support competitive and non-competitive project departments.
- Prepare budgets related to personnel costs.
- Monitor, supervise, and implement corrective measures related to occupational risk protection.
- Support implementation of the equality plan and attention to diversity.
