Financial terms may include economic returns throughout development until product sale, with different payment types such as upfront payments, milestone payments, and royalties.
- Collaborations: IdISBa's Innovation Area offers to collaborate with companies on research projects at any stage, ensuring all parties achieve maximum benefit from the research.
- Other Contracts: The OTRI also handles other types of agreements such as MTAs; NDAs/CDAs (confidentiality agreements); shareholder agreements; and provides continuous guidance and support during the creation of a spin-off.
