Patient Conferences

IdISBa promotes the Research and Patient Associations Conferences to foster more participatory and people‑centred research.

These conferences are a pioneering initiative that places collaboration between the research community and people affected by various diseases at the forefront. The main goal of this meeting is to promote citizen participation in health research and to build bridges for dialogue and collaboration between research teams and patient associations.

With this initiative, IdISBa was a finalist in the Society category of the 11th Somos Pacientes Awards, a recognition that highlights innovative initiatives aimed at improving patient participation and well‑being.
